Blown Away

Penguin Blue and his friends are in for a surprise! And it all starts with a windy day and a brand new kite…

Come fly away with Penguin Blue as he gets caught in a gust of wind and the adventure begins. Join Concerteenies for the musical story of ‘Blown Away’, for children aged 3-7 and their grown-ups. Flautist Meera Maharaj, narrator Polly Ives and creative practitioner Sarah Carroll bring new music by the award-winning Paul Rissmann, based on the book by Rob Biddulph. With fun actions and songs to join in with, this is a relaxed and friendly introduction to music, animation and storytelling. Start the fun now by learning the songs and actions at www.concerteenies.com/resources.

The Dinosaur Department Store

Our feisty heroine Eliza Jane isn’t your average child. Instead of a cute, fluffy bunny, she has her heart firmly set on a prehistoric pet. Join Eliza Jane and her parents on a marvellous magical tour of their local dinosaur department store.

Join Concerteenies for the musical story of The Dinosaur Department Store, for children aged 3-7 and their grown-ups. Baby-Friendly Concerts

Concerteenies for Babies relaxes and reinvigorates parents and carers, creating a calm and welcoming environment and special bonding moments with their pre-crawling babies through specially tailored musical and sensory activities. Join musicians Meera Maharaj or Tom Pickles and creative practitioners Polly Ives and Sarah Carroll as they share music from Bach to Bob Marley, as well as sound-healing percussion including gongs, sansula and koshi chimes, bubbles, scarves and more!

Our Musical Stories performances are possible thanks to funding from the Foyle Foundation, the Hays Travel Foundation, the J G Graves Trust, the PRS Foundation, the Sheffield Church Burgesses Educational Trust, and the Vaughan Williams Foundation.
