Louise Thomson (harp) performs relaxing seasonal classics to ease you into the festive period. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the tranquil sounds of the harp with your little one. Listen to high-quality live music in a calm, welcoming environment with buggy access, nappy changing facilities and breastfeeding is welcome.
We want our concerts to be accessible to all young children, including those with additional needs. So, whether your child is neurodiverse, has a hearing or visual impairment, physical or learning disabilities (diagnosed or not), we create a relaxed and supportive environment at these Concerteenies events. We have worked with SEND music specialists and teachers to make our Musical Stories inclusive and fun. See below for more info.
Louise has been a well-loved regular at Concerteenies since the beginning! She has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and Bridgewater Hall, alongside the Hallé Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, National Symphony Orchestra and many more. Louise has performed live on BBC Radio 3 and made her television debut performing live on BBC 1 alongside soprano Katherine Jenkins. She has performed for HRH Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh at The Royal Variety Performance and, with the Live Music Now Scheme, she has toured the UK giving solo recitals and educational workshops to an enormous range of audiences.
